Introductions

Hi, first off, let me introduce myself. I am Kelly Hovis, wife of Eric and mama to Addie Grace. 

Eric and I met in 2005, when we left our homes and moved in to college. A girl that lived down the hall from me in our dorm, knew Eric in high school and introduced us to one another. We became friends and then from there a romance slowly blossomed. Although we started dating only after a few months of meeting, we quickly broke up a five months later, a decision we both decided was best. After six months of heartache (on my end), Eric decided he wanted to date me again. So that we did. He proposed in December of 2008, and we got married July 11, 2009. After three years of marriage, we welcomed our baby girl in the world September 8, 2012.

When we got married, we both were like minded in that we desired to one day live and serve overseas, whether that be for a few years or a lonnnng time. So, the opportunity arose for us to live life in a new country, where we will be moving in August of 2013. Feel free to stay tuned through this blog to keep updated with our new adventure!
